Before submitting an application, it is necessary to conduct a feasibility search for industrial design protection. Á Đông IP, as the representative office of the Intellectual Property Office, will assist customers in this process with high accuracy and faster processing times.

Time: 03 – 05 days
Clients will prepare the necessary photos and write the design description. Á Đông IP will provide guidance and ensure that the application documents comply with legal requirements before submission to the Intellectual Property Office.
Time: 01 month
The Intellectual Property Office will review the formalities of the application. Á Đông IP will inform customers of the examination results once completed.
Time: 02 months
The application will be published in the Intellectual Property Gazette.
Time: 09 – 12 months
The Intellectual Property Office will assess the protectability of the design and determine the scope of protection.
Time: 01 month
If the industrial design meets the protection criteria, the Intellectual Property Office will issue a Certificate of Registration. Á Đông IP will deliver the original application documents to the customer.
