Biographical Summary

Mr. Vo Minh Tri currently works as a attorney at A Dong IP Company. Prior to joining A Dong, he worked for a long time with IP service providers and set up successful intellectual property rights with respect to trademarks, inventions, and industrial designs. He has also worked with the status of an “industrial property representative” in Vietnam. He has co-established A Dong IP Company in 2007 and has been in charge of the intellectual property field of domestic and foreign customers.

At A Dong, Mr. Tri is currently considered as a lawyer with extensive experience in consulting, evaluating, establishing and enforcing intellectual property rights in Vietnam, especially in cases involving mechanical engineering, technology and transfer of technology. • Advised and registered trademarks in Vietnam, China, Italy, USA, Japan, Singapore and The United Kingdom and for various other companies like Tuan Viet Shoe Company, ADC Co. Ltd., Shuan Hwa Industrial Co. Ltd. Vietnam, Viet Phap Beer Beverage Joint Stock Company, Southeast Asia Brick Joint Stock Company, New Choice Foods Company and other companies.
• Advised and carryed out procedures for transferring industrial property rights to Khanh Xuong Co., Ltd., Dai Thang Loi Trading and Production Co., Ltd., Guilin Latex Factory and other customers.
• Advised and implemented procedures for licensing industrial property rights (license) of Vuong Kim Long Co., Ltd. & Long Tan Fertilizer Joint Stock Company.
• Advised on handling infringement of the right to the exclusive patent of the utility solution “Fuel-saving equipment for engines” of Hoang Son Vinh Long Company, infringing on the rights to the trademark registration certificate of Cao Dai Nguyen Coffee Limited Company, etc.
