DESIGN SEARCH SERVICE

Before registering a design, ensure that the design you created is different from with designs diclosed before, you should carry out searching design. Otherwise, your design application may face an opposition from the registered design owner or a refusal from the IPVN because of its novelty with the disclosed designs.

A search report will assist you in making a decision to proceed with registration or make amendments to the proposed design.

To proceed this service, clients need to provide the following information:

- A set of drawings/photos of design

After receiving the above information, A Dong IP will

- Quote trademark search fee

- Carry out the search

- Report the search results
