In Thailand, A registered mark is protected for 10 years from the filing date and can be renewed for every 10 years. In China, a trademark registration is protected for 10 years from the date of registration and can be renewed every 10 years. A trademark may be renewed each time for a period of ten years.

In Cambodia, a trademark registration is protected for 10 years and can be renewed every 10 years. Filing an affidavit of use/non-use is a statutory requirement to maintain a trademark registration. It must be filed with the Cambodia Department of Intellectual Property within one (1) year, following the fifth anniversary of the registration or renewal date.
